Number of most diverse projects in collaboration with the renowned artists will mark the schedule of M.Paar in the started year. Highlights of 2006 will include recitals in the Zagreb County Musical Ring Cycle (Zagreb Concert Management) with a prominent Japanese pianist Hiroyo Imagawa, a Gala Concert with the Slavonsky String Quartet in honour of 250th Mozart’s birth anniversary, series of concerts with the Mirabell String Quartet all across Austria and Germany, featured soloist concerts and studio productions with HGZ Symphony Orchestra (conductor I.Gjadrov), Tamburitza Orchestra of Croatian National Radio-Television (conductor S.Leopold) and “Ferdo Livadić” Tamburitza Orchestra, as well as tours all across Italy and Slovenia. Appearances at the major international competitions in Germany, Italy and Spain, as well as winning the Mozarteum’s Master’s degree title are also scheduled for 2006. Together with his main occupation, M.Paar will continue composing and writing (SSN Herald), and his activities in the Croatian Clarinet Society, while permanent expansion of the mihaelpaar.com will eventually result with even more complex and functional site. A short view backwards, on the other hand, will reveal that in 2005 M.Paar gave about ten recitals including those of Italy tour in May, he won prizes at the international competitions in Ohrid (Mac) and Bari (Ita) and appeared in the semi-finals of the Padua International Competition. Being the guest soloist of the Mirabell Quartet he was appointed the title of the UNI ART Performance featured artist, while starting with February 14, mihaelpaar.com was introduced as the ambitious, interactive website with all the relevant data about M.Paar as a performer and author.
